Advisory work:

If what you need is a 40-min phone or video interview with a deliverable afterwards: $200 USD.
If you need a 2-hour in-depth, workshop-type conversation as an individual: $500 USD*.
The same conversational-type service for a team: $100 USD/per person per contact hour*
*Plus any applicable related costs (such as travel, access, etc. to be agreed)

Primarily written policy analysis and advice depends on the topic and length and depth of response required, and will therefore be considered a project.

Projects:

Initial mutual interviews are free to allow both parties to get to know one another and make sure we're a good fit.

Because project costs vary enormously depending upon location, talent, time and resources required, estimates can be custom-built together according to the needs and aims agreed. Fees are billed either as a lump-sum or progressively throughout the lifecycle of the project depending on the length and size of the contract.
